This is now the second time we’ve used this fantastic company to assist us with a few projects in our house. Mariam and her team are just amazing. They came out during a major storm to make sure our project was coming along. We had them build a closet, update our kitchen, and paint portions of our exterior. The craftsmanship of the closet was/is great, so good that my family actually thought their build was already apart of the house. Which is hilarious since they live here. This new closet is saving me headaches and helping me stay organized. All I said was make it look like it was always here, and they exceeding that request. My kitchen looks amazing and our front porch looks fantastic. Everyone is so nice and treated our home as if they were fixing their own/or their family members. I truly felt taken care of and will use them again and will scream and encourage other too.——Older post——-Okay, so there really isn’t enough positive things I can say about this business. The owner came to our house and just listened to our concerns and areas we wanted to improve upon and we had an estimate within 12 hours. Then we met with the project manager, Mariam, she was amazing and thoughtful. We had a large project and I’m expecting, she was considerate and clearly communicated everything in a timely manner. Last but not least, Alexander and his whole crew were beyond amazing. They were professional, paid attention to the smallest of details, and it felt like they were painting/caring for their own home. They actually fixed something that another contractor messed up without prompting. We will certainly use this business, team, and crew again. I would hug everyone if I could, they were caring and thoughtful especially during this family transition. Five glowing stars all around!

Zarazua Painting has completed several extensive painting and repair projects at our Craftsman-style house (1935-1940 construction) over the last 10 years. Zarazua Painting owner and his staff always exceed our expectations. The project coordinators keep me up to date on the project and anticipated completion date/time. The finished work adds to the context of our old house. The Zarazua Painting owner worked with us 10 years ago to find the right colors to paint our home. Cesar, Mariam, and Erick were all so wonderful to work with and we couldn't be happier with the results. In addition to carpentry repair, painting our house and shed studio, and adding new gutters, Cesar also pressure washed our metal roof. The end result makes our 100 year old house look new. I work from home and the team was so considerate, efficient, and tidy, I hardly knew they were here some days. I highly recommend Zarazua and will hire them again for our next project.

I have begun the process of updating and renovating my childhood home and Zarazua was recommended to me by a great friend who has known the owner, Juan, for quite some time. One phone call into the office and in two days Erick was out at my property to assess the job and provide an estimate for painting the entire interior of my home. He was very thorough in looking into the details and capturing exactly what I was wanting to accomplish. He also offered wonderful suggestions when I wasn't sure on what to do. His professionalism and thoughtfulness completely sold me! My project was assigned to Miguel's team and I could not recommend them more. Miguel, Charlie, and Elmer took the best care of my house. From covering my brand new floors, to moving and wrapping furniture, to vacuuming and cleaning up as they went, every day they pulled in the driveway with smiles on their faces. Just the nicest gentleman to work with and I am TOTALLY in love with how they completed my project. If interior painting is what you are looking for...ask for this wonderful team. Mariam was my project manager, stopping by every day to check the status of the work, bring supplies to the crew if needed, and conveying my thoughts and visions to the team. Cannot recommend Zarazua Painting enough! We worked with Zarazua again to complete a siding repair project. They were meticulous in their assessment and incredibly quick in turning around quotes. They gave a very reasonable quote for the work and I can’t speak highly enough of Mariam and the entire carpentry and painting team. Working with Zarazua has been such an enjoyable experience and I feel so taken care of every time. They always go above and beyond. There is no task too big or too small for Zarazua! They have done every project in our house. Everything from bathroom remodeling, interior painting, room remodeling, cabinet refacing, floor sanding and staining, and most recently, full exterior painting and wood repair. I am telling you they do everything and their work is topnotch! If you’re looking for perfection, look no further. Mariam checked on the progress consistently and was always available should a question come up. Juan has put together crews that are true experts. The onsite team, led by Miguel, was professional, meticulous and very pleasant. When they did the initial washing and prep they found several rotted boards, and provided an estimate on repairs, which were very reasonable. Their carpentry team came and did the work, and no time was lost on the project. Miriam was a great project manager, worked with the onsite team, answered all our questions, and was great to work with!This is the third time we have used Zarazua for painting and we have been extremely pleased every time -- we will keep coming back!

From start to finish, Zarazua was the best possible experience for us. They were true professionals on the business end as well as with the work itself. Zarazua did a great job painting the exterior of our ~100 year old home. It was a big job, and other companies we tried weren’t even willing to give us a quote- we were dealing with flaking lead paint, plus lots of carpentry repairs needed. We were thrilled with the job Zarazua did on some much-needed exterior maintenance for our home! From start to finish they were efficient, professional, and super easy to work with. The crew was here for about ten days in extraordinary heat, and they were consistently cheerful, worked so quietly we sometimes couldn't tell if they were here or not, and took great care to minimize damage to the landscaping (which is no small feat here). We've had painting done by several different companies over the years, and Zarazua is the only one I'll hire again - worth every penny.

They responded quickly to my initial request for info on exterior painting and sent someone out to do an estimate within a couple of days. I received a complete, detailed proposal of work. The painting crew did a good job and they were professional and neat. After the work was finished, a project manager came out and did a walkthrough. We identified a few areas that needed touchups and the team came out the same day to complete them. It was great to have a point person to communicate with and I was kept up to date on all details throughout the project. Would definitely work with them again.

This was our third time using Zarazua Painting. They stained and repaired our decking. The team of Felipe and Natalie were great. Felipe did excellent work replacing cracked boards and Natalie carefully covered and taped of areas before the stain. We had a very rainy May and they had to make several trips to be sure the wood was dry and then the stain could set. The office stayed in touch daily to update on how the weather was affecting the job. Eric did the original estimate and he was prompt and accurate. We will use them again

Zarazua just finished repainting (and repairing!) our house today. The house is old, and there was a lot of carpentry involved to replace rotted siding and window sills. As always, the work was done to the highest possible standards; the crew is professional in every respect. Zarazua Painting did a fantastic job refurbishing two bead board porch ceilings. The ceilings were dark, dirty, and moldy and didn't respond to a standard power wash. Zarazua did a chemical hand wash (amazing) which cleaned and brightened the ceilings, then a stain touch up and a clear polyurethane spray coat to seal the job. I'm very pleased and the price was more than fair for a high quality job.

Zarazua did an excellent job of staining our house, including several porches, and stained our boat dock. They also did a lot of preparation and extensive repairs. Plus they refinished some hardwood floors, rebuild several steps, and added a handrail. Zarazua was great to work with and did beautiful work in our home! Cesar and his crew were fastidious with the painting (and sanding, priming, fixing weird old house issues along the way, etc.) of our kitchen and hallway. They went to great lengths to protect our floors and everything else and to do a carful and beautiful job. Cesar is a backsplash PRO and it looks fantastic. They came back to fix any small issues that arose once everything was dry and made sure to let me know that they have a year warranty and are happy to come back if we ever notice anything else. The electricians they hired to change out our light fixtures were also great. And Mariam was a fantastic project manager. I would be glad to work with all of them again. This was our second project with Zarazua and we will go back the next time we have painting or tile work to get done.

We had our whole house painted as we just moved in. Mariam was so wonderful and took so much time with helping me choose colors. She sent a very nice group of guys with George as leader. The preparations were awesome covering every inch. All required touchups at completion were addressed immediately. They even put up our sconces and chandelier. I would recommend this company to all.

We’ve used Zarazua multiple times to paint both the entire interior and exterior of our home. They make the process as easy as possible with great communication and transparency throughout the job. The Zarazua crew spent a week at my house doing both indoor and outdoor painting. To save money, I asked them to do some "touch up" painting rather than repaint the whole wall or ceiling. They did a masterful job of matching the existing paint (I had none saved for them to use). I was impressed with their quality control. A woman from the company came over every day of the job to check on their work and ask me if I had any problems or concerns. My questions and concerns were addressed immediately. The painting crew cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend Zarazua to anyone needing the services of a painting contractor, either indoor or outdoor jobs.
