There is no task too big or too small for Zarazua! They have done every project in our house. Everything from bathroom remodeling, interior painting, room remodeling, cabinet refacing, floor sanding and staining, and most recently, full exterior painting and wood repair. The onsite team, led by Miguel, was professional, meticulous and very pleasant. When they did the initial washing and prep they found several rotted boards, and provided an estimate on repairs, which were very reasonable. Their carpentry team came and did the work, and no time was lost on the project. Miriam was a great project manager, worked with the onsite team, answered all our questions, and was great to work with!This is the third time we have used Zarazua for painting and we have been extremely pleased every time -- we will keep coming back!

From start to finish, Zarazua was the best possible experience for us. They were true professionals on the business end as well as with the work itself. Zarazua did a great job painting the exterior of our ~100 year old home. It was a big job, and other companies we tried weren’t even willing to give us a quote- we were dealing with flaking lead paint, plus lots of carpentry repairs needed. We were thrilled with the job Zarazua did on some much-needed exterior maintenance for our home! From start to finish they were efficient, professional, and super easy to work with. The crew was here for about ten days in extraordinary heat, and they were consistently cheerful, worked so quietly we sometimes couldn't tell if they were here or not, and took great care to minimize damage to the landscaping (which is no small feat here). They responded quickly to my initial request for info on exterior painting and sent someone out to do an estimate within a couple of days. I received a complete, detailed proposal of work. The painting crew did a good job and they were professional and neat. After the work was finished, a project manager came out and did a walkthrough. We identified a few areas that needed touchups and the team came out the same day to complete them. It was great to have a point person to communicate with and I was kept up to date on all details throughout the project. Would definitely work with them again.

This was our third time using Zarazua Painting. They stained and repaired our decking. The team of Felipe and Natalie were great. Felipe did excellent work replacing cracked boards and Natalie carefully covered and taped of areas before the stain. We had a very rainy May and they had to make several trips to be sure the wood was dry and then the stain could set. The office stayed in touch daily to update on how the weather was affecting the job. Eric did the original estimate and he was prompt and accurate. We will use them again

Zarazua just finished repainting (and repairing!) our house today. The house is old, and there was a lot of carpentry involved to replace rotted siding and window sills. As always, the work was done to the highest possible standards; the crew is professional in every respect. Zarazua Painting did a fantastic job refurbishing two bead board porch ceilings. The ceilings were dark, dirty, and moldy and didn't respond to a standard power wash. Zarazua did a chemical hand wash (amazing) which cleaned and brightened the ceilings, then a stain touch up and a clear polyurethane spray coat to seal the job. I'm very pleased and the price was more than fair for a high quality job.

Zarazua did an excellent job of staining our house, including several porches, and stained our boat dock. They also did a lot of preparation and extensive repairs. Plus they refinished some hardwood floors, rebuild several steps, and added a handrail. Zarazua was great to work with and did beautiful work in our home! Cesar and his crew were fastidious with the painting (and sanding, priming, fixing weird old house issues along the way, etc.) of our kitchen and hallway. They went to great lengths to protect our floors and everything else and to do a carful and beautiful job. Cesar is a backsplash PRO and it looks fantastic. They came back to fix any small issues that arose once everything was dry and made sure to let me know that they have a year warranty and are happy to come back if we ever notice anything else. The electricians they hired to change out our light fixtures were also great. And Mariam was a fantastic project manager. I would be glad to work with all of them again. This was our second project with Zarazua and we will go back the next time we have painting or tile work to get done.

The Zarazua crew spent a week at my house doing both indoor and outdoor painting. To save money, I asked them to do some "touch up" painting rather than repaint the whole wall or ceiling. They did a masterful job of matching the existing paint (I had none saved for them to use). I was impressed with their quality control. A woman from the company came over every day of the job to check on their work and ask me if I had any problems or concerns. My questions and concerns were addressed immediately. The painting crew cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend Zarazua to anyone needing the services of a painting contractor, either indoor or outdoor jobs.

Zarazua did a great job repairing and repainting two areas, one in the upstairs hallway and one in the dining room. Alexander from Zarazua did a fabulous job in making the hallway look better than it ever had before, despite the fact that the job involved making a previously hidden access panel accessible (a tricky thing to do and to make look good). The downstairs dining room ceiling also looked very good, though we ended up having Zarazua come back to repaint the whole ceiling, as opposed to just one area of the ceiling. Zarazua responded immediately to this request and had people out within a few days. All in all, a great job and great customer service, and Zarazua will definitely be my first choice for future painting/repair jobs.

Juan Zarazua and his team recently finished converting a free-standing garage into the perfect home office. That meant closing in the garage door, conditioning the whole space, reinforcing the structure, and building a whole lot of bookshelves to store … a whole lot of books. The talented crew rebuilt the walls inside and out, repaired and re-painted the siding, reinforced the structure to code, put on a new roof, took care of an electrical refit, laid a beautiful heated tile floor, and built enough bookshelves to house our over 1,000 books plus a rolling library ladder to maximize the use of space (and, let’s be honest, just because). The entire Zarazua team were consummate professionals, experts in their craft, and attentive to detail — we could not be happier!UPDATE: After this great experience, when I had some more work needing doing on my house, I naturally turned to Zarazua knowing they would get it done to a high standard, on time, and for a very fair price. Unsurprisingly, I was not disappointed! Juan's team came and took care of everything, they were consummate professionals and a pleasure to deal with. The pair of carpenters who came worked quickly and tidily, and I was very happy with the job they did. I know if anything comes up in the future, Zarazua Painting will be my first (and only) call!

Zarazua just repainted the exterior and interior of our house. The communication and coordination with Mariam was fantastic and Cesar and his crew did great work. They were thorough, worked to accommodate our timing, and even did some extra carpentry work (moving a door opening including reinstalling original trim, drywalling a closet) that turned out great. Zarazua is our go-to painters for everything! We have used them for three large interior and exterior jobs. They always go the extra mile. This last time they handled the painting for a kitchen/dining room/laundry room renovation. Adan was the painting lead and really went out of his way to make it perfect! They had to do a lot of wall/ceiling prep before painting and they did a great job - without complaints or charging extra for every little thing. They even replaced some trim and removed the popcorn from a portion of the ceiling since our contractor forgot. Can’t say enough about Adan and his commitment to quality- and such a nice guy too. We also loved Miriam, our project manager, who made the whole process so easy. We always knew who was coming/when. Can’t recommend Zarazua enough!
