So I had them come back to do some interior painting.   They do prep work really thoroughly and took care of our home while painting.  They are reasonably priced and hardworking.

Very professional, punctual, courteous, and just all-around nice to work with! 2nd review -- after the great experience with my interior painting 4 yrs ago I didn't hesitate to engage Zarazua again, this time to repair / replace some rotting fascia and soffit, repaint all the exterior trim (house is brick facade), replace gutters and install gutter guards. This time around all the above superlatives were true again.  Special props to the crew leader, Osiris, and his team for patiently answering all of my questions on top of doing a top-notch job.  Esta gente es lo maximo!  🙂
