Zarazua did amazing work handwashing and touching up the paint on the interior and exterior of our outdoor screened in porch. It looked as if they had repainted the entire porch! They also replaced drywall and repainted a large hallway and the ceiling after water damage from a leaky roof. They painted the entire hallway and ceiling, not just the patched portions. The quote was reasonable and timely, the crew members were on time every day, extremely polite and we just had a great experience! We will be calling Zarazua again for future jobs.

The Zarazua team who power washed and painted the exterior of our home were efficient and precise. Lots of attention to detail. Great communication. A-plus all around! Zarazua just finished an 8-day interior paint job of our house. This was the third time we’ve used them and they were fantastic to work with as usual. Communication was top-notch. Alexander was on site daily, answering any questions we had. A well-organized plan let us know when each room would be painted so we could prepare. Zarazua did an excellent job of painting the entire interior of our home and garage. They were very careful in protecting our flooring, fixtures, and carefully masked areas to be painted. We were very impressed with their attention to detail from prepping the work area, completing the paint job, and then cleanup. The painting crew was very friendly, courteous and professional. We had an excellent project manager, Alexander, who oversaw the project. Our communications with him were excellent. We have used other painters in the past, and by far, Zarazua stands out as the best. We highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!

We had Zarazua fix two different ceilings that had sustained drywall damage due to water leaks. While they originally thought it would take two days, the damage in other areas was more extensive so it took them twice as long, but they did their best to mitigate the dust and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. It looks better than it did when it was brand new. This is not the first time we have used Zarazua and we would not hesitate to recommend them

We hired Zarazua to remove wallpaper in our kitchen and to paint the ceilings, walls and cabinets. I was impressed with the promptness, professionalism and friendliness of the crew and was very happy with the results. After completion of the project, a small problem was found in a small section of the paint. I call the company and the response was immediate. The problem with corrected and follow-ups were made. Professional, skilled, consistent, punctual, and incredibly thorough! After our initial contact and estimate, we had a project manager who made himself available and was on site at least once, sometimes twice a day to check in with the crew and with us. The team that came to do the prepping and the painting was on time, friendly, and I came to think of them as the "paint ninjas" because when they finished a room everything would go back exactly as it was before except the color on the walls had changed. They took excellent care in their prepping, and the clean up was impressive and respectful to allow us to move in and around as we were all living there as this was going on. Their work looks fantastic and will last. The job took longer than we expected and this is because they addressed things that required extra time (excellent attention to detail!) as they came up. We are very happy with their work and will absolutely use them again.

We have a historic home that badly needed full lead abatement exterior paint job. We were introduced to Zarazua from our neighbors who had used them and while they said they were probably a little higher priced than others -- the price was worth it.This proved to be true! Other neighbors of ours used different companies and had major headaches. Team leader Adan and our project manager Mariam were both very friendly and worked diligently to make sure the team did everything right!When problems happen to arise (as will happen with 100+ year old home that fell into somewhat disrepair) we spoke with Mariam and she was able to fix them right Away! The project manager came by every day to check on status and address questions or concerns. He came back after the job was completed to make sure everything was done to his and our satisfaction. This is now the second time we’ve used this fantastic company to assist us with a few projects in our house. Mariam and her team are just amazing. They came out during a major storm to make sure our project was coming along. We had them build a closet, update our kitchen, and paint portions of our exterior. The craftsmanship of the closet was/is great, so good that my family actually thought their build was already apart of the house. Which is hilarious since they live here. This new closet is saving me headaches and helping me stay organized. All I said was make it look like it was always here, and they exceeding that request. My kitchen looks amazing and our front porch looks fantastic. Everyone is so nice and treated our home as if they were fixing their own/or their family members. I truly felt taken care of and will use them again and will scream and encourage other too.——Older post——-Okay, so there really isn’t enough positive things I can say about this business. The owner came to our house and just listened to our concerns and areas we wanted to improve upon and we had an estimate within 12 hours. Then we met with the project manager, Mariam, she was amazing and thoughtful. We had a large project and I’m expecting, she was considerate and clearly communicated everything in a timely manner. Last but not least, Alexander and his whole crew were beyond amazing. They were professional, paid attention to the smallest of details, and it felt like they were painting/caring for their own home. They actually fixed something that another contractor messed up without prompting. We will certainly use this business, team, and crew again. Cesar, Mariam, and Erick were all so wonderful to work with and we couldn't be happier with the results. I have begun the process of updating and renovating my childhood home and Zarazua was recommended to me by a great friend who has known the owner, Juan, for quite some time. One phone call into the office and in two days Erick was out at my property to assess the job and provide an estimate for painting the entire interior of my home. He was very thorough in looking into the details and capturing exactly what I was wanting to accomplish. He also offered wonderful suggestions when I wasn't sure on what to do. His professionalism and thoughtfulness completely sold me! My project was assigned to Miguel's team and I could not recommend them more. Miguel, Charlie, and Elmer took the best care of my house. From covering my brand new floors, to moving and wrapping furniture, to vacuuming and cleaning up as they went, every day they pulled in the driveway with smiles on their faces. Just the nicest gentleman to work with and I am TOTALLY in love with how they completed my project. If interior painting is what you are looking for...ask for this wonderful team. We were thrilled with the job Zarazua did on some much-needed exterior maintenance for our home! From start to finish they were efficient, professional, and super easy to work with. They responded quickly to my initial request for info on exterior painting and sent someone out to do an estimate within a couple of days. I received a complete, detailed proposal of work. The painting crew did a good job and they were professional and neat. After the work was finished, a project manager came out and did a walkthrough. We identified a few areas that needed touchups and the team came out the same day to complete them. It was great to have a point person to communicate with and I was kept up to date on all details throughout the project. Would definitely work with them again.

This was our third time using Zarazua Painting. They stained and repaired our decking. The team of Felipe and Natalie were great. Felipe did excellent work replacing cracked boards and Natalie carefully covered and taped of areas before the stain. We had a very rainy May and they had to make several trips to be sure the wood was dry and then the stain could set. The office stayed in touch daily to update on how the weather was affecting the job. Eric did the original estimate and he was prompt and accurate. We will use them again

Zarazua Painting did a fantastic job refurbishing two bead board porch ceilings. The ceilings were dark, dirty, and moldy and didn't respond to a standard power wash. Zarazua did a chemical hand wash (amazing) which cleaned and brightened the ceilings, then a stain touch up and a clear polyurethane spray coat to seal the job. I'm very pleased and the price was more than fair for a high quality job.

Zarazua recently put a new ceiling in our downstairs bathroom and also removed and replaced a "stuck" AC unit.The team was professional and courteous, on time and did a super job cleaning up. Zarazua recently did an excellent job replacing siding and painting our home. I could not be happier with the result. The house looks beautiful and we get compliments on it everyday. Zarazua did an excellent job of staining our house, including several porches, and stained our boat dock. They also did a lot of preparation and extensive repairs. Plus they refinished some hardwood floors, rebuild several steps, and added a handrail. The team headed by Adan Andrade with Project Manager Mariam Rosales (with Erick Coello) was a pleasure to work with. Adan's team members were cheerful, talented, and hard working. Cleanup was through. We highly recommend Zarazua!

The Zarazua painting crew did an amazing job!!! The painters were ultra-professional and worked so hard.
